基于数据挖掘技术研究中医治疗不宁腿综合征的组方配伍规律

Research on Rule of Compatibility of Traditional Chinese Medicine for Treatment of Restless Legs Syndrome Based on Data Mining

目的:采用数据挖掘技术总结中医治疗不宁腿综合征的用药规律。方法:收集国家知识基础设施数据库(CNKI)、中文科技期刊数据库(CCD)、中国学术期刊数据库(CSPD)、中国生物医学文献服务系统(CBM)建库至2021年7月31日发表的中医治疗不宁腿综合征的相关文献,采用中医传承辅助平台(TCMISS V 2.5)统计用药频次、常用药对及药物组合,采用关联规则、改进的互信息法、复杂系统熵聚类分析对药物关联规则及核心药物组合进行分析,采用无监督的熵层次聚类进行处方和用药分析。结果:共筛选出符合条件的方剂253首,涉及中药214味,其中使用频次≥20次的中药有31味,排名前5位的依次是白芍、当归、牛膝、木瓜、甘草,使用频次均超过100次;挖掘共得到高频药物组合24个,出现频次前5位的组合依次是当归-白芍、甘草-白芍、牛膝-白芍、牛膝-木瓜/白芍-木瓜、牛膝-当归;演化共得到核心药物组合22组,潜在新处方11个。结论:中医治疗不宁腿综合征多使用补虚、理气、温阳、化湿、化瘀药物治疗气血亏虚、筋脉失养、气滞血瘀、筋脉痹阻证不宁腿综合征患者。体现了不宁腿综合征以虚、瘀为主要病理特点,治以补养气血、滋补肝肾、理气化湿、活血化瘀法为主的治疗思路。

Objective:To summarize the medication rules of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of restless legs syndrome(RLS)by data mining.Methods:The relevant information of CNKI,CCD,CSPD,CBM was collected by July 31,2021.The traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform(TCMISS V2.5)was used to count the frequency of herb utilization,commonly used herb pairs and combinations.Association rules,improved mutual information method,complex system entropy clustering analysis were used to analyze herb association rules and core combinations.Unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering was used to analyze prescription and medication.Results:A total of 253 eligible prescriptions was screened,involving 214 Chinese medicines.Among them,31 Chinese medicines were used with a frequency of≥20,and the top 5 were white peony root,angelica,achyranthes bidentata,papaya,and licorice.Their utilization frequencies were more than 100 times respectively.A total of 24 high-frequency combinations were obtained,and the top 5 combinations were angelica and white peony root,glycyrrhiza and white peony root,achyranthes bidentata and white peony root,achyranthes bidentata and papaya/white peony root and papaya,and achyranthes bidentata and angelica.A total of 22 core combinations and 11 potential new prescriptions were obtained.Conclusion:In TCM treatment of restless leg syndrome,medicines such as tonifying deficiency,regulating qi,warming yang,reducing dampness and removing blood stasis are often used to treat patients with restless leg syndrome with deficiency of qi and blood,dystrophy of tendons,stagnation of qi and blood and obstruction of tendons.The main pathological features of restless leg syndrome are deficiency and blood stasis,and the main treatment thoughts are nourishing qi and blood,nourishing liver and kidney,regulating moisture and promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis.
