管道内防腐补口作业对焊缝适涂性的研究

摘要 石油、天然气、化工、海水淡化等项目大量使用到防腐管道,国际上大部分防腐管道采用熔结环氧(FBE,Fusion Bonded Epoxy)或无溶剂液体环氧(LE,Liquid Epoxy)防腐作业。管道在工厂预制时可完成管段的内防腐作业,但是现场组焊后焊缝处仍需要补口作业才能保证整条管线的内防腐要求。目前,流行的管道补口作业均采用智能机器人补口系统,该系统补口作业对焊缝质量有一定要求,本文旨在探究Sigmaline 2000涂料在机器人补口作业中对焊缝的质量要求。 A large number of anticorrosive pipelines have been used in the fields of petroleum,natural gas,chemical engineering and seawater desalination,etc.Most of the pipelines are protected by using fusion bonded epoxy(FBE)or liquid epoxy(LE).The internal anticorrosion of the pipes can be completed when the pipe is prefabricated in the factory.However,the pipes are welded in the field and the welding areas should be repaired for ensuring the internal anticorrosion of the integrated pipeline.At present,the smart robot system is used popularly in the welding area repair of internal pipe.The system gives requirements on the welding quality.In this article,the quality requirements of the Sigmaline 2000 coating material in the robot coating operation for welding area is investigated.
