摘要
通过HRB400E月牙钢筋-再生混凝土中心粘结试件的拔出试验,研究了再生粗骨料取代率为100%的条件下,再生细骨料取代率及钢筋直径的变化对HRB400E月牙钢筋与再生混凝土粘结性能的影响规律。研究结果表明,HRB400E月牙钢筋-再生混凝土的极限粘结应力和初始粘结刚度均随再生细骨料取代率及钢筋直径的增大而减小,并采用最小二乘法建立了HRB400E月牙钢筋与再生混凝土极限粘结应力计算模型。
Based on the pull-out test of center bonded specimen between the HRB400 E crescent steel bar(HRB400 E-CSB)and recycled aggregate concrete(RAC),the effect of the replacement rate of recycled fine aggregate and the dimeter of the steel bar on the bond-slip performance between the HRB400 E-CSB and RAC was studied under the condition that the replacement rate of recycled coarse aggregate was 100%.Results show that the ultimate bond stress and initial bond stiffness between HRB400 E-CSB and RAC decrease with the increase of the replacement rate of recycled fine aggregate and the steel bar diameterand the calculation formular of the ultimate bond stress of HRB400 E-CSB and RAC is given by the least square method.
