摘要 水下无线光通信已成为实现水下高速数据通信链路的重要技术。由于水下无线光链路损耗大,散射效应显著,同时由于水下无线光信道对信号产生畸变和衰减,影响传输距离和速率。针对水下无线光信号在海水中衰减大、传输距离受限的问题,对水下大功率激光通信发射系统开展了专门研究,突破了长距离高速水下激光通信大功率发射的关键技术,以提高水下高速无线光通信系统的传输距离,满足水下长距离高速无线光通信对发射系统的性能要求。 Underwater wireless optical communication has become an important technology to realize underwater high-speed data link. Due to the large loss of underwater wireless optical link, the scattering effect is significant. At the same time, the signal distortion and attenuation of underwater wireless optical channel affect the transmission distance and rate. Aiming at the problem of large attenuation and limited transmission distance of underwater wireless optical signal in seawater, this paper has carried out special research on underwater high-power laser communication transmission system, breaking through the key technology of long-distance high-speed underwater laser communication high-power transmission. That can improve the transmission distance of underwater high-speed wireless optical communication system. And it can meet the performance requirements of underwater long-distance and high-speed wireless optical communication system.
