摘要
为减少肿瘤患者PICC导管固定装置控制系统的控制时间,设计一个基于PLC的肿瘤患者PICC导管固定装置控制系统。在系统硬件部分,选择SIMATIC S7300系列PLC作为系统的主控制器,并对控制器的电源模块进行了设计,同时对系统数码显示及按键电路进行设计,在此基础上,对通信电路硬件选型,为系统通信提供支持。在系统软件部分,提出PLC的工作流程,然后采用PID控制方法,实现对肿瘤患者PICC导管固定装置控制系统的控制。实验结果表明,此次研究的基于PLC的肿瘤患者PICC导管固定装置控制系统减少了系统的控制时间,并提高了置管的成功率。
In order to reduce the control time of the control system of PICC catheter fixation device for tumor patients, a control system of PICC catheter fixation device for tumor patients based on PLC is designed.In the hardware part of the system, SIMATIC s7300 series PLC is selected as the main controller of the system, and the power module of the controller is designed. At the same time, the digital display and key circuit of the system are designed. On this basis, the communication circuit hardware is selected to provide support for the system communication. In the software part of the system, the work flow of PLC is proposed, and then PID control method is used to control the PICC catheter fixation device control system of tumor patients.The experimental results show that the PLC based control system of PICC catheter fixation device for tumor patients reduces the control time of the system and improves the success rate of catheterization.
