摘要
由于脉动流会对板式换热器的换热特性产生影响,鉴于其可以提高各大型设备的主机换热效率且具有节能的效果,针对板式换热器进行了脉动强化换热研究。实验时将俄罗斯莫尔多瓦国立大学自主设计的脉动发生器安装在换热器冷却水端上游部分,用场协同数表示换热效果,分析板式换热器在不同脉动频率、质量流量以及脉动振幅下的换热效果。实验结果表明,由脉动发生器产生的脉动流可以起到强化换热的作用,其强化换热能力与脉动频率、质量流量等因素有关;且脉动频率存在一极峰值,此时换热效率最高,节能效果最佳。
Since the pulsating flow will affect the heat transfer characteristics of the plate heat exchanger, and because it can improve the heat transfer efficiency of the host machine of various large equipment and has the effect of energy saving, this paper studies the pulsating heat transfer enhancement of the plate heat exchanger. In the experiment, the pulsation generator independently designed by Russia Mordova State University was installed in the upstream part of the cooling water end of the heat exchanger. The heat transfer effect was expressed by the synergetic number, and the heat transfer effect of the plate heat exchanger under different pulsation frequency, mass flow rate and pulsation amplitude was analyzed. The experimental results show that the pulsating flow generated by the pulsating generator can enhance the heat transfer, and its enhanced heat transfer ability is related to the pulsating frequency, mass flow rate and other factors. And the pulsation frequency has a pole peak, when the heat transfer efficiency is the highest, the energy saving effect is the best.
