IGPC在循环流化床锅炉控制系统中的应用设计

Application Design of Implicit Generalized Predictive Control in Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler Control System

摘要 循环流化床锅炉因其具有大扰动、多参数、强耦合、非线性等特点,使用常规控制理论很难建立其数学模型。针对这一问题,采用隐式广义预测控制算法和在线辨识自适应控制结合的方法。利用Matlab在线仿真及实验数据结果均表明了控制效果的可靠性,与传统的广义预测控制相比,隐式广义预测控制具有更好的求解效果,且弥补了传统广义预测控制计算量大的缺点。用Matlab绘制的隐式广义预测控制GUI图进一步简化了工业系统中使用广义预测控制的难度。 Because of its time-varying, multi parameter, strong coupling and nonlinear characteristics, it is difficult to establish its mathematical model with conventional control theory. To solve this problem, an implicit generalized predictive control algorithm combined with on-line identification adaptive control is adopted. The results of MATLAB on-line simulation and experimental data show the reliability of the control effect. Compared with the traditional generalized predictive control, the implicit generalized predictive control has better solution effect, and makes up for the shortcomings of the traditional generalized predictive control with large amount of calculation. The GUI diagram of implicit GPC drawn by MATLAB further simplifies the difficulty of using GPC in industrial system.
