基于图像处理的液位测量技术在核电厂中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 在核电站的某些应用场合(高温、高辐射)下,当前传统的液位仪表存在一些问题,如不便于安装维护。随着新兴技术的发展,采用图像处理技术,基于ARM嵌入式技术及OpenCV提出了一种新型的液位测量方案。该方案首先通过摄像头采集液位信息图像,然后对液位图像进行预处理,利用Canny边缘检测及霍夫变换,识别出液位线。最后应用最小二乘拟合,根据液位线的像素数目求出液位值,并通过DAC转换输出4 mA~20 mA电流信号,可很好地满足核电厂数字化控制系统(DCS)采集的需要。该测量装置小巧灵活,易实现,安装维护简单,有比较强的应用价值。 In some application of nuclear power plants(such as high temperature and high radiation), the current traditional liquid level instrumentations are not easy to install and maintain. With the development of new technologies, by using image processing, based on ARM embedded technology and OpenCV, a new type of level measurement scheme was proposed. The liquid level line was identified by preprocessing the liquid level image, Canny edge detection and Hough transform. Then the least square fitting is applied to calculate the liquid level value according to the pixel characteristics of the liquid level line, and the output current signal of 4~20 mA through digital to analog conversion is used to meet the needs of the nuclear power plant Digital Control System(DCS) acquisition. The measuring device is flexible, easy to realize, simple to install and maintain, and has certain application value.
