基于补偿控制的高压配电网电能质量综合补偿方法 被引量:3

Comprehensive compensation method for power quality of high voltage distribution network based on compensation control

摘要 针对传统高压配电网电能质量补偿策略无法应对复杂电能质量问题,且无法根据电能质量变化情况对补偿量分配比例进行实时调整的问题,研究提出一种电能质量综合补偿方法。通过在高压配电网低压侧增加适当容量电能补偿装置,并采用加入补偿量分配环节的补偿控制策略,根据实时检测的谐波电流、不平衡电流、无功电流,对其补偿量进行按比例分配补偿,实现了高压配电网电能质量的综合补偿。最后,通过在容量为100 A的三相四线并联仿真平台上进行仿真,验证了该方法的有效性。结果表明,该高压配电网电能质量综合补偿方法可根据实际配电网络中电能质量问题,实时调整各补偿量的补偿比例并进行智能补偿。相较于传统电能质量补偿方法,本研究方法对谐波、三相不平衡、无功不足问题的补偿效果更好,可满足实际高压配电网电能质量综合补偿需求。 Aiming at the problem that the traditional power quality compensation strategy of high-voltage distribution network can not deal with complex power quality problems, and can not adjust the compensation distribution proportion in real time according to the change of power quality, this paper proposes a comprehensive power quality compensation method for the problems of power quality harmonics, three-phase imbalance and insufficient reactive power. In order to realize the comprehensive compensation of power quality in high-voltage distribution network, an appropriate capacity power compensation device is added to the low-voltage side of high-voltage distribution network, and a compensation control strategy with compensation distribution link is adopted. According to the harmonic current, unbalanced current and reactive current detected in real time, the compensation amount is distributed and compensated in proportion. Finally, the effectiveness of the method is verified by simulation on a 100 A three-phase four wire parallel simulation platform. The results show that the comprehensive compensation method can adjust the compensation proportion of each compensation amount in real time and carry out intelligent compensation according to the power quality problems in the actual distribution network. Compared with the traditional power quality compensation method, this research method has better compensation effect for harmonic, three-phase imbalance and reactive power shortage, which can meet the actual demand of power quality comprehensive compensation of high-voltage distribution network.
