摘要 为了提高磁浮子液位计的工作能力,针对影响性能的磁浮子,提出了一种高温高压磁浮子的设计方法。通过对设计原则进行剖析,确定设计顺序。对常用浮子结构形式进行对比,取基础组成形式进行有限元分析和材质选择,并进行压力试验评价,确定优化组合。通过充气压力的理论计算,确定影响浮子的各个参数。搭建激光焊接系统并加工浮球进行焊接工艺评价、充压试验验证和高温高压力学性能验证。解决液位计在高温高压低密度工况环境工作的问题,扩宽了液位计的应用领域。 In order to improve the working ability of magnetic level gauge,a design method of high temperature and high pressure maglev is proposed for magnetic float which affects the performance.Through the analysis of design principles,determine the design sequence.The common float structure was compared,the basic composition was used for finite element analysis and material selection,and the pressure test evaluation was carried out to determine the optimal combination.The parameters affecting the float are determined by theoretical calculation of charging pressure.The laser welding system was built and the floating balls were processed to evaluate the welding process,verify the charging test and verify the mechanical properties of high temperature and high pressure.It solves the problem of working in high temperature,high pressure and low density en-vironment,and broadens the application field of the level meter.
