微切口超声乳化术治疗白内障对患者视力水平及并发症的影响

Effect of micro-incision phacoemulsification on visual acuity and complications of cataract patients

目的探讨微切口超声乳化术治疗白内障对患者视力水平及并发症的影响。方法选取2018年10月至2020年3月本院收治的112例白内障手术患者作为研究对象,按照手术方案的不同分为观察组与对照组,每组56例。观察组行微切口超声乳化术治疗,对照组行小切口非超声乳化术治疗,比较两组术前及术后1 d、1周及1个月视力水平变化情况和术后并发症发生情况。结果术后1 d、1周、1个月,两组视力均明显高于术前,且观察组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组眼压升高、角膜水肿、眼睛干涩、眼内炎症发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微切口超声乳化术治疗白内障的临床效果明显优于小切口非超声乳化术,能有效改善患者的视力水平,降低患者术后相关并发症发生率,治疗效果安全可靠,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of micro-incision phacoemulsification on visual acuity and complications in patients with cataract.Methods 112 patients with cataract surgery admitted to our hospital from October 2018 to March 2020 were selected as the research subjects and they were divided into observation group and control group according to the different surgical schemes,with 56 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with micro-incision phacoemulsification,and the control group was treated with small-incision non-ultrasonic emulsification.The changes in visual acuity and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups before operation and 1 d,1 week and 1 month after operation.Results 1 d,1 week and 1 month after operation,the visual acuity of the two groups was significantly higher than that before operation,and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of in-traocular pressure elevation,corneal edema,dry eyes and intraocular inflammation in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of micro-incision phacoemulsification in the treat-ment of cataract is significantly better than that of small-incision non-ultrasonic emulsification,which can effectively improve the visual acuity of pa-tients and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,the treatment effect is safe and reliable,which is worthy of clinical application.
