案例教学法结合以问题为基础的教学法在血液内科实习教学中的应用 被引量:11

Application of combined teaching mode of case-based learning and problem-based learning in clinical practice teaching of hematological internal medicine

摘要 目的探讨案例教学法(case-based learning,CBL)结合以问题为基础的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)在血液内科实习教学中的应用。方法选取2020年4—12月本院血液内科82名临床实习医生作为研究对象,随机分为实验组与对照组,每组41名。实验组采用CBL结合PBL教学模式,对照组采用传统的教学模式,比较两组考核成绩、问卷调查满意度。结果实验组理论考试成绩、操作技能成绩、病例分析成绩分别为(93.22±4.05)分、(90.56±3.62)分、(94.37±6.28)分,均高于对照组的(87.65±5.37)分、(81.45±3.39)分、(79.76±4.23)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组认为教学方式能激发学习兴趣、提高对理论知识的记忆效果、提高临床操作能力、提高自主学习能力、提高临床思维能力及临床综合分析能力比例均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CBL结合PBL的教学模式应用于血液内科的临床实习效果显著,可获得较好的教学效果,明显提高学生的学习兴趣和满意度。 Objective To explore the application of combined teaching mode of case-based learning and problem-based learning in clinical prac-tice teaching of hematological internal medicine.Methods 82 clinical interns in the Department of Hematology of our hospital from April to Decem-ber 2020 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 41 cases in each group.The experimental group used CBL com-bined with PBL teaching mode,and the control group used the traditional teaching mode.The examination results and questionnaire satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of theoretical examination,operation skills and case analysis in the experimental group were(93.22±4.05)scores,(90.56±3.62)scores,(94.37±6.28)scores respectively,which were higher than those in the control group(87.65±5.37)scores,(81.45±3.39)scores,(79.76±4.23)scores,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The experimental group believed that the teaching method could stimulate learning interest,improve the memory effect of theoretical knowledge,improve clinical operation ability,improve autono-mous learning ability,improve clinical thinking ability and clinical comprehensive analysis ability than the control group,and the difference was sta-tistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination application of CBL and PBL mode can improve the teaching effects,and enhance stu-dents'learning interest and satisfication.
