摘要
进行了壳聚糖/活性白土复合物(CTS/活性白土)对蔗糖溶液中单宁酸的性能研究。通过吸附动力学和吸附等温线的考察,将吸附动力学实验数据采用准一级动力学模型、准二级动力学模型以及Weber-Morris模型线性拟合,吸附等温线数据采用Langmuir模型和Freundlich模型线性拟合。结果表明,CTS/活性白土对蔗糖溶液中单宁酸的吸附动力学用准二级动力学模型的拟合效果最好(R^(2)=0.9980);CTS/活性白土对蔗糖溶液中单宁酸的吸附等温线用Langmuir模型拟合效果最好(R^(2)=0.9955)。结论是单宁酸在CTS/活性白土的吸附速率受颗粒外扩散过程的控制,该吸附属于单分子层吸附。
The properties of chitosan/activated clay complex(CTS/activated clay)on tannin in sucrose solution are studied.Through the investigation of adsorption kinetics and adsorption isotherm,the adsorption kinetics experimental data are linearly fitted by quasi-first-order kinetics model,quasi-second-order kinetics model and Weber-Morris model,and the adsorption isotherm data are linearly fitted by Langmuir model and Freundlich model.The results show that the fitting effect of adsorption kinetics of CTS/activated clay on tannin in sucrose solution fitted by quasi-second-order kinetics model is the best(R^(2)=0.9980);the fitting effect of adsorption isotherm of CTS/activated clay on tannin in sucrose solution fitted by Langmuir model is the best(R^(2)=0.9955).It is concluded that the adsorption rate of tannin on CTS/activated clay is controlled by the process of particle diffusion,and the adsorption belongs to monolayer adsorption.
