摘要 肺癌在我国和世界范围内均为癌症死亡的最主要原因。自主神经系统失衡在恶性肿瘤的发生发展中占有一席之地,其中交感神经向肾上腺素能受体发出信号,调节肿瘤微环境的血管生成和免疫逃避等病理过程促进肿瘤进展,副交感神经通过局部胆碱能回路和全身性抗炎通路同样会对肿瘤产生影响,但最终的效应并不相同。临床上检测自主神经功能是肺癌相关研究中的重要手段,有助于阐明自主神经系统在肺癌发生、发展中的作用,从而了解肺癌的发病机制,提供新的癌症治疗思路。 Lung cancer is the most common reason for cancer death in China and the world.The imbalance of the autonomic nervous system plays an important role in the occurrence and development of malignant tumors.The sympathetic nerve signals the adrenergic receptors to regulate the processes of angiogenesis and immune escape in the tumor microenvironment,then promote tumor progression.The parasympathetic nerve influences the tumor growth and metastasis via local cholinergic circuit and systemic anti-inflammatory pathway,but the final effects of the two mechanisms are different.Detection of autonomic nervous function is an important method of lung cancer-related research,which helps to elucidate the role of the autonomic nervous system in the development and progression of lung cancer,thus understanding the pathogenesis of lung cancer and providing new ideas for cancer treatment.
