加速康复外科在腹腔镜膀胱癌根治术围手术期应用的研究进展

Advances in the application of enhanced recovery after surgery in perioperative period of laparoscopic radical surgery for bladder cancer

随着科学与医疗技术不断的发展与成熟,目前腹腔镜技术已广泛应用于泌尿外科疾病的治疗,如膀胱癌根治术和肾癌根治术等。与传统的开放性手术相比,其在创口的大小、术中的失血量、恢复速度等方面皆展现出了极大的优势。加速康复外科是指多学科、多模式间相互配合的且以循证医学为基础的一种医疗理念,其科学的应用可降低患者心理生理应激、提升康复速率、缩短住院时间、减少住院费用等。现加速康复外科因其良好的术后效果而被诸多外科领域广泛的应用。本文就加速康复外科在腹腔镜膀胱癌根治术围手术期的应用进行综述,以体现其结合应用的优越性。

With the development and maturity of science and medical technology,laparoscopic technology has been widely used in the treatment of urinary diseases,such as radical cystectomy and kidney cancer.Compared with traditional open surgery,it has great advantages in wound size,intraoperative blood loss and recovery speed.Accelerated rehabilitation surgery is a medical concept based on evidence-based medicine,which is coordinated by multiple disciplines and modes.The scientific application of enhanced recovery after surgery can reduce patients'psychological and physiological stress,improve the recovery rate,shorten the hospitalization time and reduce the hospitalization cost.Now the enhanced recovery after surgery is widely used in many surgical fields because of its good postoperative effect.This article reviews the application of enhanced recovery after surgery in laparoscopic radical cystectomy in the perioperative period,so as to show the superiority of its combined application.
