摘要
近距离治疗是宫颈癌放射治疗环节中的重要组成部分。近距离放疗技术发展迅速,治疗方式多样化,近距离放疗方式包括:腔内近距离放疗、插植近距离放疗及放射性粒子植入等。本文旨在介绍腔内、插植以及放射性粒子植入的应用进展,主要回顾腔内结合插植近距离放疗的应用情况。
Brachytherapy is an important part of cervical cancer radiotherapy.Brachytherapy technology is developing rapidly and the treatment methods are diversified.Brachytherapy methods include intracavitary brachytherapy,interstitial brachytherapy and radioactive seed implantation.This article aims to introduce the application progress of intracavity,implantation and radioactive seed implantation,and mainly review the application of intracavity combined with interstitial brachytherapy.
