摘要 骨巨细胞瘤(giant cell tumor of bone,GCTB)是一种好发于长骨干骺端的局部侵袭性生长的原发性骨肿瘤,是交界性肿瘤,极少发生转移,但有恶变可能,常会导致严重骨质破坏,治疗难点是手术后极易复发。细胞核因子κB受体活化因子配体(receptor activator of NF-κB ligand,RANKL)是蚀骨细胞初成、发挥功能所必需的跨膜及可溶性蛋白。RANKL过表达引发骨质溶解破坏,导致GCTB瘤体逐步膨胀性、局部侵袭性生长。 Giant cell tumor of bone(GCTB)is a kind of primary bone tumor,that is prone to local invasive growth in the metaphyseal end of long shaft.It is a borderline tumor,rarely metastases,but malignant changes may occur,leading to severe bone destruction.RANKL(receptor activator of NF-κB ligand)is a transmembrane and soluble protein necessary for osteoblast initiation and function.The overexpression of RANKL caused the destruction of osteolysis,leading to the progressive swelling and locally invasive growth of GCTB.
