摘要
目的探讨孤独谱系障碍患儿静息态功能脑网络小世界属性的变化。方法将41例孤独症患儿(研究组)与41名健康对照儿童(对照组)的脑影像数据进行预处理、构建脑网络,运用图论的方式分析所构建脑网络的小世界属性,并对两组相关指标进行统计分析。结果两组都展示出了比较显著的小世界属性,其中研究组的聚类系数、最短路径长度、标准化路径长度均显著小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论孤独谱系障碍患儿大脑脑网络小世界属性出现异常,更加趋于随机化,可作为将来诊断孤独谱系障碍的辅助生物学指标。
Objective To investigate the changes of small world attribute of resting state functional brain network in children with autism spectrum disorder(ASD).Methods The brain image data of 41 children with ASD(study group)and 41 healthy control children(control group)were preprocessed to construct brain network.The small world attribute of the constructed brain network was analyzed by using graph theory,and the indicators of two groups were compared.Results Both groups showed significant small world attribute.The clustering coefficient,shortest pathlength and standardized pathlength of the study group were significantly lower than those of the normal control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The small world attribute of children with ASD is abnormal and tends to be randomized,which may be used as an auxiliary biological index for diagnosing ASD in the future.
