思维导图引导下无痛干预对多发性骨髓瘤骨痛患者疼痛情绪及生活质量的影响

Effects of mind mapping guided painless intervention on pain,emotion and quality of life in patients with multiple myeloma

目的探讨思维导图引导下无痛干预对多发性骨髓瘤骨痛患者疼痛、情绪及生活质量的影响。方法将有骨痛症状的86例多发性骨髓瘤患者按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各43例。对照组予以常规无痛干预,观察组予以思维导图引导下无痛干预,观察1个月。比较两组疼痛缓解效果、护理满意度,干预前后焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表及简明健康调查量表评分。结果观察组疼痛缓解总有效率、护理总满意率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后两组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分较干预前显著降低(P<0.01),观察组显著低于观察组(P<0.01)。干预后两组简明健康调查量表的生理功能、躯体功能、社会功能、健康状况、精神状况及情感职能评分较干预前显著升高(P<0.01),观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论思维导图引导下的无痛干预能有效缓解多发性骨髓瘤骨痛患者的疼痛程度,改善其焦虑抑郁情绪,提高生活质量及护理满意度。

Objective To investigate the effects of mind mapping guided painless intervention on pain,emotion and quality of life in patients with multiple myeloma.Methods A total of 86 cases of multiple myeloma with bone pain symptoms were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group received routine painless nursing,while the observation group received painless nursing guided by mind mapping for 1 month.The pain relief effect,nursing satisfaction,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)and the MOS 36-item short-form health survey(SF-36)scores before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results The total efficiency of pain relief and the total satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of SAS and SDS in the two groups were significantly lower than those before the intervention(P<0.01),and the scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).After the intervention,the scores of physiological function,physical function,social function,health status,mental status and emotional function of SF-36 in the two groups were significantly higher than those before the intervention(P<0.01).The observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusions The mind mapping guided painless intervention can effectively relieve the pain degree of patients with multiple myeloma bone pain,relieve their anxiety and depression,and improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
