长期住院慢性精神分裂症患者C-反应蛋白与精神症状的相关性

Correlation between serum C-reactive protein and psychiatric symptoms in long-term hospitalized patients with chronic schizophrenia

目的探讨长期住院慢性精神分裂症患者C-反应蛋白水平与精神症状的相关性。方法检测143例长期住院慢性精神分裂症患者(研究组)与72名健康体检者(对照组)的C-反应蛋白水平,采用阳性与阴性症状量表评定患者的精神症状。比较两组C-反应蛋白水平,并分析研究组C-反应蛋白水平与临床症状的相关性。结果研究组C-反应蛋白水平显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。研究组C-反应蛋白水平与阳性与阴性症状量表总分及阴性因子、认知因子、焦虑抑郁因子评分呈显著正相关(P<0.05或0.01),与年龄、病程、阳性与阴性症状量表的阳性因子、兴奋因子评分无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论长期住院慢性精神分裂症患者存在免疫炎症异常,C-反应蛋白水平与阴性症状、焦虑抑郁症状及认知功能损害密切相关。

Objective To investigate the correlation between serum C-reactive protein(CRP)and psychiatric symptoms in long-term hospitalized patients with chronic schizophrenia.Methods The CRP levels of 143 long-term hospitalized chronic schizophrenia patients(study group)and 72 healthy subjects(control group)were detected,and the positive and negative syndrome scale(PANSS)was used to evaluate the mental symptoms of the patients.The CRP levels of the two groups were compared,and the correlation between CRP levels and clinical symptoms in the study group was analyzed.Results The CRP level in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).The CRP level in the study group was significantly positively correlated with the total score of PANSS and the scores of negative factors,cognitive factors and anxiety and depression factors(P<0.05 or 0.01),but not with age,course of disease,positive factors and excitatory factors of PANSS(P>0.05).Conclusions Long-term hospitalized patients with chronic schizophrenia have abnormal immune inflammation,and CRP levels are closely related to negative symptoms,anxiety and depression symptoms,and cognitive impairment.
