癫痫所致精神障碍攻击行为与主要照顾者共情能力及自我效能的相关性研究

Research on Correlation Between Aggressive Behavior of Mental Disorders Caused by Epilepsy and Empathy and Self-efficacy of Main Caregivers

目的:探究癫痫所致精神障碍攻击行为与主要照顾者共情能力及自我效能的相关性。方法:选取2020年7月-2021年6月收治的160例癫痫所致精神障碍患者为研究对象。依据Barratt冲动量表筛选结果为癫痫所致精神障碍伴冲动患者(>31分)为观察组,癫痫所致精神障碍不伴冲动患者(≤31分)为对照组。采用Pearson相关分析研究患者攻击行为与主要照顾者共情能力及自我效能的相关性。结果:观察组攻击行为评分显著高于对照组,主要照顾者人际反应指针量表(IRI-C)评分、一般自我效能量表(GSES)评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Pearson相关分析表明,GSES、IRI-C、观点取替、同情关怀、幻想力、身心忧患,与攻击性行为呈负相关,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:癫痫所致精神障碍患者攻击行为与主要照顾者共情能力及自我效能密切相关。

Objective:To explore the correlation between aggressive behavior of mental disorders caused by epilepsy and empathy and self-efficacy of main caregivers.Methods:A total of 160 patients with mental disorders due to epilepsy admitted from July 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the screening results of the Barratt Impulse Scale,patients with mental disorders caused by epilepsy with impulse(>31 points)were taken as the observation group,and patients with mental disorders caused by epilepsy without impulse(≤31 points)were taken as the control group.Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between the aggressive behavior of patients and the empathy and self-efficacy of the main caregiver.Results:The aggressive behavior score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the main caregivers’Interpersonal Reactivity Index-C(IRI-C)score and General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES)score were significantly lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05);Pearson correlation analysis showed that GSES,IRI-C,opinion substitution,empathy,fantasy,physical and mental distress were negatively correlated with aggressive behavior,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The aggressive behavior of patients with mental disorders caused by epilepsy is closely related to the empathy and self-efficacy of the main caregiver.
