Objective:To explore the clinical effect and safety of pulmonary surfactant(PS)combined with different ventilation methods in the treatment of respiratory distress syndrome of preterm infants. Methods:A total of 128 premature infants with respiratory distress syndrome were selected from Panyu Maternal and Child Care Service Centre of Guangzhou from April 2019 to April 2021.Using computer equal random method, they were divided into experimental group and control group, with 64 cases in each group. The experimental group was given PS combined with heated humidified high-flow nasal cannula ventilation and the control group was given PS combined with nasal continuous positive pressure ventilation. The treatment effect, improvement of symptoms and complications of children in two groups was analyzed. Results:The overall response rate was significantly better, the improvement time of symptoms was significant shorter and the overall incidence of complications was lower in the experimental group than those in the control group, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:For premature infants with respiratory distress syndrome,PS combined with different ventilation methods has significant curative effect, higher rehabilitation efficiency, less complications and higher safety.
