丁苯酞联合阿替普酶应用于脑梗死治疗的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Butylphthalide Combined with Alteplase in Treatment of Cerebral Infarction

目的:分析丁苯酞联合阿替普酶应用于脑梗死的治疗效果。方法:选取2019年3月-2021年2月惠民县人民医院收治的脑梗死患者144例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分成对照组和研究组,各72例。对照组在常规基础上采用阿替普酶,研究组在常规基础上采用丁苯酞联合阿替普酶。比较两组患者治疗前后血清炎性因子水平变化、血清神经损伤标志物变化及临床治疗效果。结果:治疗后研究组患者血清白细胞介素2、白细胞介素6、C反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子α、神经元特异性烯醇化酶、S100B蛋白、丙二醛、内皮素-1指标均低于对照组,研究组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:丁苯酞联合阿替普酶应用于脑梗死治疗,对血清炎性指标降低作用显著,且血清神经损伤标志物降低显著,治疗效果较佳。

Objective:To analyze the effect of butylphthalide combined with alteplase in the treatment of cerebral infarction.Methods:A total of 144 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to Huimin County People’s Hospital from March 2019 to February 2021 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method,with 72 cases in each group.The control group used alteplase on a routine basis,and the study group used butylphthalide combined with alteplase on a routine basis.The changes of serum inflammatory factor levels,serum nerve injury markers and clinical treatment effects were compared before and after treatment between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the serum interleukin-2,interleukin-6,C-reactive protein,tumor necrosis factorα,neuron-specific enolase,S100B protein,malondialdehyde,endothelin-1 of the study group were lower than those of the control group,the overall effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Butylphthalide combined with alteplase in the treatment of cerebral infarction has a significant effect on reducing serum inflammatory indicators,and serum nerve injury markers are also greatly reduced,and the therapeutic effect is significant.
