中西医结合心脏康复对冠心病稳定期患者血脂水平影响

Effect of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine Cardiac Rehabilitation on Blood Lipids in Patients with Stable Coronary Heart Disease

目的:探讨中西医结合心脏康复对冠心病稳定期患者血脂水平的影响。方法:选取2018年8月-2019年1月在北京市第一中西医结合医院进行心脏康复治疗的冠心病稳定期患者70例,采用随机数字表分为治疗组(34例)和对照组(36例)。对照组接受西医心脏康复治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加太极拳、八段锦和中成药等中医疗法。在心脏康复前、康复后3个月进行血脂水平测量,比较两组患者治疗前后血脂指标、康复前后低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)达标率情况。结果:康复前治疗组患者的总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);康复后治疗组患者的TC、TG、LDL-C水平明显优于对照组,治疗组LDL-C达标率明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:冠心病稳定期患者采用中西医结合方式进行心脏康复效果较好,血脂水平改善较佳。

Objective:To investigate the effect of integrated Chinese and western medicine cardiac rehabilitation on blood lipid levels in patients with stable coronary heart disease.Methods:Seventy patients with stable coronary heart disease who received cardiac rehabilitation therapy in Beijing First Hospital of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine from August 2018 to January 2019 were selected.They were divided into treatment group(34 cases)and control group(36 cases)according to random number table method.The control group received western medicine cardiac rehabilitation therapy,while the treatment group received TCM therapy such as Taijiquan,Baduanjin and Chinese patent medicine on the basis of the control group.Blood lipid levels were measured before cardiac rehabilitation and 3 months after rehabilitation,and the blood lipid indexes and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)compliance rates before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),LDL-C,and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)between the treatment group and the control group before rehabilitation(P>0.05).After rehabilitation,the levels of TC,TG and LDL-C in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the LDL-C compliance rate in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with stable coronary heart disease have better cardiac rehabilitation effect by using integrated Chinese and western medicine therapy,and the blood lipid level can be improved better.
