中药结合中医正骨手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效观察

Efficacy Observation of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Protrusion by Combination of Chinese Medicine and Bone-setting Manipulation

目的:分析中药与中医正骨手法结合治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法:选取2019年1月-2020年1月宁乡市中医医院收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者74例为研究对象,随机分为中医正骨手法组和中药+中医正骨手法组,各37例。中医正骨手法组患者接受中医正骨手法治疗,中药+中医正骨手法组患者接受中药结合中医正骨手法治疗。治疗2周后,比较两组患者直腿抬高角度水平值、简明-麦-吉疼痛问卷SF-MPQ评分、症状改善优良率及治疗后腰椎功能JOA评分。结果:治疗2周后,中药+中医正骨手法组直腿抬高角度水平值、症状改善优良率高于中医正骨手法组;中药+中医正骨手法组简明-麦-吉疼痛问卷SF-MPQ评分及治疗1个月、治疗2个月及治疗3个月中医正骨手法组评分均低于中医正骨手法组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药结合中医正骨手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效显著,能够显著改善患者疼痛情况。

Objective:To analyze the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese medicine bone-setting manipulation in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion.Methods:From January 2019 to January 2020,74 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation who were admitted to Ningxiang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into a traditional Chinese medicine bone-setting manipulation group and a Chinese medicine+traditional Chinese medicine bone-setting manipulation group,with 37 cases in each.Patients in the traditional Chinese medicine bone-setting manipulation group received traditional Chinese medicine bone-setting manipulation treatment,and patients in the Chinese medicine+traditional Chinese medicine bone-setting manipulation group received Chinese medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine bone-setting manipulation treatment.After 2 weeks of treatment,the level of straight leg raising angle,the short-form of McGill pain questionnaire(SF-MPQ)score,the excellent and good rate of symptom improvement and the lumbar spine function JOA after treatment score between the two groups were compared.Results:After 2weeks of treatment,the level of straight leg raising angle and the excellent and good rate of symptom improvement in the Chinese medicine+traditional Chinese medicine bone-setting manipulation group were higher than those in the traditional Chinese medicine bone-setting manipulation group;the SF-MPQ score in the Chinese medicine+traditional Chinese medicine bonesetting manipulation group was lower than that in the traditional Chinese medicine bone-setting manipulation group at 1,2,3 months after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chinese medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine bone-setting manipulation is significantly effective in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation,and can significantly improve the pain of patients.
