上海长宁地区58217例女性宫颈HPV感染情况及基因亚型分布研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨上海长宁地区女性宫颈人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染情况及基因亚型分布研究。方法:收集2018年1月-2020年12月上海市长宁区妇幼保健院就诊妇女58217例患者的宫颈生物脱落细胞为研究样本,采用多重PCR和毛细管电泳技术进行25种HPV-DNA亚型分型分析。结果:58217份检测标本中,检测出阳性标本14330份,阳性率为24.61%,其中,单一亚型感染9457例,阳性率65.99%(9457/14330);双重感染3003例,阳性率20.96%(3003/14330);多重感染1870例,阳性率13.05%(1870/14330);此外,高危型HPV阳性12569例,感染率为21.59%;低危型HPV阳性3648例,感染率为6.27%。女性HPV感染存在一定年龄特征,<20岁组HPV感染率最高,达37.8%(31/82);>60岁组感染率排第2,为36.57%(1259/3443)。长宁地区妇女感染的最常见的高危型HPV亚型为:HPV52、HPV53、HPV16、HPV58和HPV56;最常见的低危型HPV亚型为:HPV81、HPV43、HPV42。结论:上海长宁区妇女宫颈HPV感染以单一型和高危型感染为主,并具有一定的年龄特征和地区差异。 Objective:To investigate the female cervical human papilloma virus(HPV)infection and the distribution of genotypes in Changning area of Shanghai.Methods:Biocervical exfoliated cells were collected from 58217 women admitted to Changning District Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2018 to December 2020,as the study samples.Multiplex PCR and capillary electrophoresis techniques were used to classify 25 HPV-DNA subtypes.Results:Among the 58217 test specimens,14330 were positive samples,with a positive rate of 24.61%;including 9457 cases of single-type HPV infection,with a positive rate of 65.99%(9457/14330);3003 cases of dual infection,with a positive rate of 20.96%(3003/14330);1870 cases of multiple infections,with a positive rate of 13.05%(1870/14330);12569 cases were high-risk HPV positive,with an infection rate of21.59%;3648 cases were low-risk HPV positive,with an infection rate of 6.27%;the female HPV infection had the age features,in the<20-year-old group,the infection rate was highest,up to 37.8%(31/82),and in the>60-year-old group,the infection rate ranked second at 36.57%(1259/3443).The most common high-risk HPV subtypes were:HPV52,HPV53,HPV16,HPV58,HPV56,and the most common low-risk HPV subtypes were:HPV81,HPV43,HPV42,in the female infection of Changning District.Conclusion:Cervical HPV infections among women in Changning District are mainly single and high-risk infections,with obvious age and regional characteristics.
