溶血现象对临床生化检验项目的影响及预防要点分析

Effect of Hemolysis on Clinical Biochemical Test Items and Prevention Points

目的:探究溶血现象对临床生化检验项目的影响及预防要点。方法:选取2021年1月-2021年9月北京市朝阳区亚运村社区卫生服务中心进行健康体检人员65例为研究对象,抽取患者4 mL血液为检验标本,将样本分为2份,其中一份样本做溶血处理,另一份不做溶血处理,对2份样本分别进行临床生化检验,比较血液样本生化检验项目检验结果。结果:正常血液样本的尿素氮、肌酐、血尿酸和甘油三酯检验结果与溶血血液样本进行比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);正常血液样本的丙氨酸转氨酶、总胆固醇、直接胆红素、总胆红素、肌酸激酶、白蛋白、天冬氨酸转移酶和总蛋白检验结果与溶血血液样本比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在开展临床生化检验项目时,检验血液样本会受到溶血现象影响,造成了临床生化检验项目结果不准确,应该针对性地做好血样溶血预防措施,规范检验流程,严格把控仪器质量,降低在开展临床生化检验项目中,血液样本溶血现象的发生概率,保障检测结果的准确性。

Objective:To investigate the effect of hemolysis on clinical biochemical test items and prevention points.Methods:Sixty-five patients were selected from health examination personnel at Community Health Service Center of Asian Games Village of Chaoyang District,Beijing,from January 2021 to September 2021.4 ml blood samples were collected as the test samples which were divided into two parts,one sample was used for hemolysis,and the other sample was not used for hemolysis.Clinical biochemical tests were performed on two samples,and the results of biochemical test samples were compared.Results:There were no significant differences in the results of the creatinine,triacylglycerol,blood uric acid,and urea nitrogen tests between the normal blood samples and the hemolytic blood samples(P>0.05);There were significant differences in the results of direct bilirubin,creatine kinase,total cholesterol,albumin,total bilirubin,alanine transaminase,aspartate transferase,total protein tests between the normal blood samples and the hemolytic blood samples(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical biochemical tests,test blood samples will be affected by hemolysis phenomenon,causing inaccurate clinical biochemical test results,it is necessary to ensure targeted blood sample hemolysis prevention measures,standardize test process,strictly control instrument quality,reduce the probability of blood sample hemolysis phenomenon in the clinical biochemical test,and ensure the accuracy of the test results.
