多层螺旋CT在不典型肝脓肿诊断及其与肝癌鉴别诊断中的有效性

Validity of Multi-Slice Spiral CT in Diagnosis of Atypical Liver Abscess and Differential Diagnosis from Liver Cancer

目的:探讨多层螺旋CT在不典型肝脓肿诊断中的应用价值,以及在鉴别不典型肝脓肿和肝癌中的诊断效果。方法:选取2020年10月-2021年10月湖南省职业病防治院收治的75例患者为研究样本,其中35例患者为不典型肝脓肿患者,40例为肝癌患者。分析两组患者的多层螺旋CT表现。结果:35例不典型肝脓肿患者的CT平扫显示患者病灶边缘及内部模糊,增强后病灶内可见“簇状征象”,中央向周边放射分布,平衡期病灶边缘与正常肝实质呈现出密度;肝癌患者未见此现象。结论:多层螺旋CT诊断技术不仅被广泛应用于不典型肝脓肿患者的临床诊断工作中,而且在鉴别不典型肝脓肿和肝癌患者的诊断过程中,也具有较高的应用价值。

Objective:To explore the application value of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of atypical liver abscess,and its diagnostic effect in distinguishing atypical liver abscess from liver cancer.Methods:A total of 75 patients admitted to Hunan Prevention and Treatment Institute for Occupational Diseases from October 2020 to October 2021 were selected as the study samples.Among them,35 patients had atypical liver abscess and 40 patients had liver cancer.The performance of multi-slice spiral CT in the two groups of patients was analyzed.Results:The CT scans of 35 patients with atypical liver abscess showed that the edges and the inside of the lesions were blurred.After the enhancement,"cluster signs"were seen in the lesions,and radiated from the center to the periphery.The edges of the lesions in the equilibrium phase and the normal liver parenchyma showed density;This phenomenon was not seen in patients with liver cancer.Conclusion:Multi-slice spiral CT diagnostic technology is not only widely used in the clinical diagnosis of patients with atypical liver abscess,but also has high application value in the diagnosis process of distinguishing patients with atypical liver abscess and liver cancer.
