乳腺肿瘤患者术后疼痛的护理干预研究

Study of Nursing Intervention on Postoperative Pain of Breast Tumor Patients

目的:探讨护理干预在乳腺肿瘤患者术后疼痛护理中的应用效果。方法:收集巴中市中心医院2019年3月-2021年12月手术治疗的100例乳腺肿瘤患者,根据不同的护理措施分为干预组和对照组,各50例,对照组采用常规护理。干预组在对照组的基础上增加心理护理干预、体位护理干预、药物镇痛干预。比较两组患者的疼痛情况及护理满意度。结果:干预组术后1 d、3 d、7 d疼痛评分和疼痛消失时间明显低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组轻度疼痛、重度疼痛例数与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组功能锻炼配合率为94.0%,对照组为76.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组护理满意度为98.0%,对照组为76.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:护理干预能够有效降低乳腺肿瘤患者术后疼痛程度,提高功能锻炼配合率和护理满意度。

Objective:To explore the application effect of nursing intervention in postoperative pain nursing of breast tumor patients.Methods:One hundred breast tumor patients were collected from Bazhong Central Hospital from March 2019 to December 2021 and they received surgical treatment.According to different nursing measures,they were divided into intervention group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group used conventional care.On the basis of the control group,psychological nursing intervention,postural nursing intervention and drug analgesia intervention were carried out in the intervention group.The pain and nursing satisfaction of patients in two groups were compared.Results:The pain score and pain disappearance time of the intervention group were significantly lower than those of the control group at 1,3 and 7 days after surgery,and the comparison difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were statistically significant difference in the number of mild pain and severe pain cases between the intervention group and the control group(P<0.05).The coordination rate of functional exercise was 94.0% in the intervention group and 76.0% in the control group,and the comparison difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction was 98.0% in the intervention group and 76.0% in the control group.The comparison difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing intervention can effectively reduce postoperative pain of breast tumor patients,improve the coordination rate of functional exercise and nursing satisfaction.
