冠心病介入治疗并发低血压的预防与护理

Prevention and Nursing of Hypotension After Interventional Therapy of Coronary Heart Disease

目的:探讨冠心病患者行介入治疗后并发低血压的预防措施和护理方法。方法:选取2019年4月-2021年5月于长沙市第四医院接受冠心病介入治疗的患者200例为研究对象。以入院时间为依据,随机分为对照组与观察组,各100例。对照组采用常规护理方法进行护理,包括健康知识教育、日常护理和饮食与营养护理。观察组在对照组基础上,对护理方法进行改良,包括全程心理护理、低血压的预防性护理和应急处置措施。统计两组患者低血压并发症的发生情况、低血压经过护理后的血压与心率情况、处置低血压的时间。结果:观察组低血压并发症发生率显著低于对照组;低血压经过护理后,观察组患者的血压、心率均低于对照组;观察组平均处置时间低于对照组,上述差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对冠心病介入治疗的患者进行护理,需要注意患者的心理变化,并对低血压进行相应的预防护理,当患者发生低血压后,应第一时间对患者进行应急护理。

Objective:To explore the preventive measures and nursing methods of hypotension in coronary heart disease patients after interventional therapy.Methods:A total of 200 patients who received interventional therapy for coronary heart disease in the Fourth Hospital of Changsha from April 2019 to May 2021 were selected as the research objects.Based on the time of admission,they were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 100 cases in each group.The control group used conventional nursing methods,including health knowledge education,daily nursing,diet and nutrition nursing.The observation group used the improved nursing methods on the basis of the control group,including whole-course psychological nursing,preventive nursing of hypotension and emergency measures.The occurrence of hypotension complications,the blood pressure and heart rate of patients with hypotension after nursing,and the hypotension treatment time were measured in two groups.Results:The incidence of hypotension complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group;after nursing,the heart rate and blood pressure of the patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group;the average treatment time in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group.The above differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients undergoing interventional therapy of coronary heart disease,it is necessary to monitor the psychological changes of the patients,and perform the corresponding preventive care of hypotension.When the patient has hypotension,emergency care should be given to the patient as soon as possible.
