摘要
目的分析血清micro RNA-23a(mi R-23a)与阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)儿童发生脑损伤的关系。方法收集2018年1月—2020年6月本院接受治疗的69例发生脑损伤的OSAHS患儿资料(发生组),并收集同期于本院接受治疗的69例未发生脑损伤的OSAHS患儿(未发生组)临床资料进行回顾性对比分析。全部患儿均在治疗前接受全面的实验室指标检查,重点分析治疗前血清mi R-23a m RNA相对表达量与患儿发生脑损伤的关系及各指标对发生脑损伤的预测价值。结果发生组mi R-23a m RNA相对表达量高于未发生组(P<0.05);回归分析结果显示,治疗前血清mi R-23a m RNA相对表达量异常与OSAHS患儿发生脑损伤有关,治疗前血清mi R-23a m RNA相对表达量高表达可能是OSAHS患儿发生脑损伤风险因子(OR>1,P<0.05);绘制ROC曲线结果显示,治疗前血清mi R-23a m RNA相对表达量预测OSAHS患儿发生脑损伤风险的AUC>0.80,预测价值较理想。结论OSAHS患儿接受治疗前血清mi R-23a m RNA相对表达量与脑损伤发生有关,可能是OSAHS患儿发生脑损伤的风险因子,对患儿脑损伤有一定预测价值。
Objective To analyze the relationship between serum micro RNA-23a(mi R-23a)and brain injury in children with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS).Methods The data of 69 children with OSAHS and brain injury treated in our hospital from January 2018 to June 2020 were collected as the occurrence group,and 69 children with OSAHS but without brain injury in our hospital at the same period were collected as the non-occurrence group.The data between the two groups were compared for analysis.All the children received comprehensive laboratory examination before treatment,and the relationship between the relative expression of serum mi R-23a m RNA and brain injury before treatment and the predictive value of each index for brain injury was analyzed.Results The relative expression of mi R-23a m RNA in the occurrence group was significantly higher than that in the non-occurrence group(P<0.05);the results of regression analysis showed that the expression of serum mi R-23a m RNA before treatment was related to brain injury in children with OSAHS,the high expression of serum mi R-23a m RNA before treatment might be a risk factor for brain injury in children with OSAHS(OR>1,P<0.05);the ROC curve showed that the AUC of serum mi R-23a m RNA relative expression before treatment in predicting the risk of brain injury in children with OSAHS was greater than 0.80,and the predictive value was ideal.Conclusion The relative expression of serum mi R-23a m RNA in children with OSAHS before treatment is related to brain injury,which may be a risk factor for brain injury in children with OSAHS,and has a certain predictive value for brain injury in children.
