青岛地区2018年——2020年EB病毒DNA检出率分析 被引量:1

Analysis of detection rate of EPstein-Barr virus DNA from 2018 to 2020 in Qingdao

摘要 目的通过分析儿童EB病毒(EBV)DNA的检出率,了解儿童EB病毒感染情况,以及与性别、年龄和季节的关系,以有效的预防EBV感染。方法回顾性分析2018年1月—2020年12月来本院就诊的8348例疑似EBV感染患儿EBV-DNA检测结果,并对结果进行统计学比较分析。结果8348例疑似EBV感染患儿总体感染率为14.58%,其中男性感染率为14.57%,女性为14.59%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);不同年龄组间以1岁~2岁最阳性率最高(19.38%),不同年龄组间EBV感染率差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=138.527,P=0.000);春季感染率最高(17.77%),四季感染率差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=20.578,P=0.000)。病毒载量的分布与性别、年龄、季节没有差异(P>0.05)。结论本研究中儿童EBV感染率总体适中,春季感染率最高,1岁~6岁感染率相对较高,临床表现复杂多样,因此应注意对高发年龄段和高发季节的重视与预防。 Objective By analyzing the detection rate of EBV DNA in children,to understand the situation of EBV infection in children,as well as the relationship with gender,age and season,so as to effectively prevent EBV infection.Methods The EBV-DNA test results of 8348 children with suspected EBV infection admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December2020 were retrospectively analyzed,and the results were statistically analyzed.Results The overall infection rate of the 8348children with suspected EBV infection was 14.58%,among which the infection rate of male was 14.57%and female was14.59%.There was no statistical significance among different genders(P>0.05).In different age groups,the positive rate of1-2 years was the highest(19.38%),and there was statistical significance on the difference of EBV infection rate among different age groups(χ^(2)=138.527,P=0.000).The infection rate was the highest in spring(17.77%),and there was statistical significance in the infection rate among the four seasons(χ^(2)=20.578,P=0.000).The distribution of viral load had no difference with sex,age and season(P>0.05).Conclusion In this study,the infection rate of EBV in children was low,the infection rate was the highest in spring,and the infection rate was relatively high between 1 and 6 years old.Therefore,the clinical manifestations are complex and varied,and attention should be paid to the age and season of high incidence and prevention.
