In his 40 years of devotion to art, Zheng Xinyao has created preeminent cartoon collections such as Food for Thought and Leisurely,and develops an insight that cartoon art "should keep up with the times". Blending humor with wisdom, he ceaselessly cultivates and refines himself. He has constructed a fantastic realm of “gorgeous art” on paper. As the contemporary era is witnessing the gradual integration of cartoon art into the public service system, what can be done to enhance the overall influence of art creation on social aesthetics education?This is the mission of Zheng Xinyao who serves both as an artist and an art manager.
