CD47在血液肿瘤靶向治疗策略中的应用

Application of CD47 in targeted therapy strategies for hematologic neoplasms

摘要 CD47广泛表达于细胞表面,与信号调节蛋白α(SIRPα)相结合传递"别吃我"信号,在自我识别和肿瘤免疫逃逸中起关键作用。研究表明,在不同血液肿瘤中,CD47高表达与肿瘤的发生、进展及不良预后相关。CD47作为新的免疫检查点,正逐渐成为肿瘤免疫治疗的有效靶标,目对血液肿瘤的相关临床前及临床研究正在进行。文章总结了CD47在血液肿瘤中的应用,以期为治疗提供参考。 CD47 is widely expressed on the cell surface,and combines with signal regulatory proteinα(SIRPα)to transmit the"don't eat me"signal,which plays a key role in self-recognition and tumor immune escape.Studies have shown that the high expression of CD47 in different hematologic neoplasms is associated with the occurrence,progression and poor prognosis of tumors.As a new immune checkpoint,CD47 is gradually becoming an effective target for tumor immunotherapy.and various related preclinical and clinical studies for hematologic neoplasms are underway.This article summarizes the application of CD47 in hematologic neoplasms,in order to provide references for the treatment.
