新型铁路货车车钩用钢的磨损性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 铁路火车车钩是铁路货车连接的重要部件,车钩的磨损过快,并且产生断裂是产生车钩无法连接的重要原因。针对车钩用的新型ZG25MnCrNiMo钢的不同热处理状态,从铁路车钩尾销孔与钩尾销、车钩尾球面与从板的实际工况特点出发,采用旋转销圆柱面与承重圆环内孔表面相对运动的磨损实验方法,以及符合标准硬度的钩尾销40Mn2及从板ZG25MnCrNiMo销试样,在较低转速下,进行了模拟磨损实验。结果表明,硬度相接近的摩擦副磨损量较小,由此得出了车钩尾部磨损性能的规律和建议。 Railway train coupler is an important part of railway freight car connection.The wear of the coupler is too fast and the breakage is the important reason that the coupler can not be connected.According to the different heat treatment state of the new ZG25MnCrNiMo steel for the coupler,based on the actual working conditions of rail rail rail hook-tail pin hole and hook-tail pin,hook-tail sphere and plate,the wear test method of rotating pin cylinder surface and bearing ring inner hole surface relative motion,and 40Mn2 of hook tail pin and ZG25MnCrNiMo pin specimen from plate according to standard hardness were used to simulate the wear experiment at lower speed.The results show that the wear of friction pairs with similar hardness is small.From this,the law and suggestion of the wear performance of the rear part of the hook are obtained.
