培智学校校企合作模式的动力、特征及挑战——基于H学校的个案研究 被引量:10

摘要 在我国加快发展残疾人职业教育的新形势下,帮助发展障碍学生顺利就业是培智学校职业教育工作的紧迫任务。校企合作作为培智学校职业教育的创新实践,其合作建立与运作模式亟需深入研究。本研究结合福特斯校企合作理论、资源依赖理论与三螺旋模式理论,基于信息最大化原则选取H培智学校作为个案研究对象,对其校企合作的形成原因、实施过程以及基本特征进行分析。研究发现,校企合作是帮助发展障碍学生实现就业的有效途径,其形成与发展需要深层次的资源依赖,政府、学校和企业三者应积极发挥更多的职能。 Under the new situation of accelerating the development of vocational education for the disabled in China, it is an urgent task for vocational education schools for students with developmental disabilities to help them find jobs. School-enterprise cooperation is an innovative practice, and its establishment and operation mode need to be studied in depth. Based on Fortes’ school-enterprise cooperation theory, resource dependence theory and triple helix model theory, this study selects school H as a case study object based on the principle of information maximization, and analyzes the formation reasons, implementation process and basic characteristics of school-enterprise cooperation. It is found that school-enterprise cooperation is an effective way to help students with developmental disabilities to achieve employment, and its formation and development need deep resource dependence, and the government, school and enterprise should play more functions.
