世界一流大学的生成本质、生成起点及生成动力——基于马克思主义实践生成论的分析 被引量:1

摘要 构成论世界一流大学的观念已成为建设具有中国特色的世界一流大学的思想阻碍,而马克思主义实践生成论为我们突破此思想阻碍奠定了坚实的思想基础。在实践生成论的视野中,世界一流大学是在人才培养、知识创新以及制度建设等实践活动过程中历史地生成的,并在这些实践活动过程中得到确证。人才培养、知识创新以及制度建设的耦合整生,形成世界一流大学的生成起点,其中人才培养是世界一流大学生成的宗旨,知识创新是世界一流大学生成的根基,制度建设是世界一流大学生成的保障。大学内外部对更高水平的人才培养、更高层次的知识创新以及更高效率的制度建设的不懈追求与大学当前不能满足这些追求之间的矛盾运动,形成世界一流大学的生成动力。以大学自主办学为行为表现的内生型生成动力和以国家行动为行为表现的外生型生成动力之间的冲突、协调与耦合,共同决定着世界一流大学生成的方向、进程与成效。 The concept of world-class universities based on constitution theory has become an ideological obstacle to the construction of world-class universities with Chinese characteristics, and the Marxist theory of practice generation has laid a solid ideological foundation for us to break this ideological obstacle. From the perspective of practice generation theory, world-class universities are historically generated and confirmed in the process of practical activities such as personnel training,knowledge innovation and system construction. The coupling of talent cultivation, knowledge innovation and system construction constitutes the starting point of the formation of world-class universities. Talent cultivation is the purpose of the construction of world-class universities, knowledge innovation is the foundation of the construction of world-class universities, and system construction is the guarantee of the construction of world-class universities. The contradiction between the unremitting pursuit of higher-level personnel training, higher-level knowledge innovation and more efficient system construction inside and outside the university and the dissatisfaction of the existing personnel training,knowledge innovation and system construction in the universities constitutes the generation power of the world-class universities. The conflict, coordination and coupling between the endogenous driving force of running a university independently and the exogenous driving force of state action jointly determine the direction, process and effectiveness of the formation of world-class universities.
