不同结构设计对气柴混烧窑温度场均匀性影响

Influence of Different Structural Designs on the Uniformity of Temperature Field in Gas-wood Mixed Firing Kiln

摘要 以气柴混烧窑的双窑室理念为基础,针对窑室联通式烟道的不同结构设计-直通式与弯道式,应用SolidWorks软件建立窑炉模型,借助ANSYA17.0软件进行流场数值模拟,从而分析两种结构下初始条件的不同对窑内温度场及速度场的影响。对气烧室流场切片数据进行分析发现:相对于直通式结构的使用,弯道式结构能够提高气烧气氛和柴烧气氛的混合效率,缓和气烧室的窑内上下温差和减少速度场的流速分层。 Based on the dual kiln chamber concept of the gas-firewood co-combustion kiln, and for the different structural designs of the kiln chamber interconnected flue—straight-through type and bend type,the SolidWorks software is used to establish the kiln model, and the numerical simulation of flow field is carried out with the help of ANSYA17.0 software. It can analyze the influence of the different initial conditions under the two structures on the temperature field and velocity field in the kiln. Analyzing the flow field slice data of the gas combustion chamber, it is found that, compared with the use of the straight-through type structure, the bend type structure can improve the mixing efficiency of the gas combustion atmosphere and the firewood combustion atmosphere, ease the temperature difference between the upper and lower temperatures in the kiln of the gas combustion chamber and reduce the flow rate stratification of the velocity field.
