In 2017,Qingdao West Coast New Area(QWCNA),a national new area,ambitiously drew a five-year blueprint after the first Party congress.After the five years,GDP of the area has surpassed RMB 400 billion yuan,claiming the top three of the 19 national new areas,and jumping from the 13th to the 4th among the top 100 urban districts in China.
