摘要
江苏茶俗包括寺院茶俗、以茶祭祀、婚礼茶俗、以茶待客、茶馆文化等,其中蕴含了表达虔诚信仰、传承礼教传统、传达美好寓意、构建和谐社会关系、体现休闲生活态度等诸多社会功能,它们是中国优秀传统文化的传承与升华,也是构建社会主义和谐社会的重要保障。
Jiangsu tea custom includes tea customs in temples,sacrificing with tea,wedding tea customs,treating guests with tea and teahouse culture,which contains many social functions such as expressing pious beliefs,inheriting etiquette traditions,conveying beautiful meanings,building harmonious social relations,and reflecting leisure life attitudes.They are the inheritance and sublimation of China's excellent traditional culture,and also an important guarantee for building a socialist harmonious society.
