橡胶颗粒对自密实混凝土性能影响的试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 通过不同粒径、取代率的橡胶颗粒作为影响因素,采用两因素、三水平的正交试验,研究其对自密实混凝土工作性和力学性能的影响。研究结果表明,橡胶集料混凝土拌合物的工作性,较基准混凝土均有不同程度的提高。橡胶颗粒取代率对混凝土强度的影响较橡胶颗粒粗细程度显著,强度均随橡胶颗粒取代率的增多而减小。橡胶集料混凝土的抗压强度随橡胶颗粒粒径由小到大呈增长状态,而劈拉强度随橡胶颗粒粒径由小到大呈降低状态。橡胶集料混凝土的拉压比和折压比均比基准混凝土大,抗裂性能有所提高。 The influence of rubber particles with different particle sizes and substitution rates on the workability and mechanical properties of self-compacting concrete was studied by orthogonal experiment with two factors and three levels.The results show that the workability of rubber aggregate concrete mixtures is improved to different degrees compared with that of reference concrete.The effect of rubber particle substitution rate on the strength of concrete is more significant than the thickness of rubber particle.The strength decreases with the increase of rubber particle substitution rate.The compressive strength of rubber aggregate concrete increases with the increase of rubber particle size,while the splitting tensile strength decreases with the increase of rubber particle size.Both the tension-compression ratio and the flexural ratio of rubber aggregate concrete are larger than that of reference concrete,and the crack resistance of rubber aggregate concrete is improved.
