后疫情时代“平疫结合”型医院设计策略研究

Research on hospital combine normalization with emergency design strategies in the post-epidemic era

“十四五”规划提出,要建立健全大型公共建筑预设平疫结合改造接口。为日后更好地应对重大突发公共卫生事件,“平疫结合”型医院建设迫在眉睫。基于此,文章以总体规划、门诊急诊、护理单元等层面“平疫转换”的基本要点为依据,提出明确疫时流线,通过双通道模式促使发热门诊集约化,并对护理病区实行三区两通道原则,同时优化病房建设等建议,以期实现更高效的医疗资源整合及利用,深化医疗设施“平疫结合”建造理念、提升城市综合抗疫能力。

In the 14th Five-Year Plan,it is proposed to establish and improve the pre-set transformation interface of large-scale public buildings,so as to better deal with major public health emergencies in the future,the construction of"combination of health and epidemic"hospital is imminent.Based on the analysis of the characteristics and functions of the existing medical buildings in the medical tasks during the period of COVID-19,this paper finds that the construction of the"flat epidemic combination"hospital in China is still in its infancy and needs further development and upgrading.Based on this,based on the basic points of"epidemic transformation"at the levels of overall planning,outpatient emergency and nursing unit,this paper puts forward some suggestions,such as clarifying the epidemic time streamline,promoting the intensification of fever clinics through the dual channel mode,implementing the principle of three areas and two channels for nursing wards,and optimizing the construction of wards,in order to realize more efficient integration and utilization of medical resources and deepen medical facilities The construction concept of"combination of peace and epidemic"to improve the city's comprehensive anti epidemic ability.
