摘要
全国重点保护文物单位福州马尾轮机厂,是我国船政文化遗址群中重要的历史文化遗产。随着马尾城镇化进程的开展,该文物建筑面临周围地铁施工、城区改造等施工扰动的影响。为了解施工期对文物结构安全性能的影响,提出适用于轮机厂结构健康监测系统的预警值,设计并搭建了结构健康监测系统,基于结构响应数据,对周围施工扰动对文物建筑本体的影响及其结构安全性能展开研究。研究结果表明:构建的结构健康监测系统和预警机制,能够实现轮机厂结构响应实时监控、预警和安全评估。
Fuzhou Mawei shipyard engine factory,a national key protected cultural relic,is an important historical and cultural heritage in China's shipping administration cultural heritage group.With the development of the urbanization process in Mawei,the cultural relic building is facing the influence of the surrounding subway construction,urban reconstruction and other construction disturbance.In order to understand the influence of construction period on the safety performance of cultural relic structure,an early warning value for structural health monitoring system of engine factory is proposed,and a structural health monitoring system is designed and built.Based on the structural response data,the influence of surrounding construction disturbance on the heritage building and its structural safety performance are studied.The results show that the structural health monitoring system and early warning mechanism can realize the real-time monitoring,early warning and safety assessment of the structural response of engine factory.
