随着科技的不断进步,工程中越来越多的新技术被广泛应用,BIM技术就是其中之一。结合福建省妇产医院项目,对BIM技术在房建工程中主体结构施工、管线设备安装施工、二次装修施工及创优工作的应用进行了阐述,以期为类似工程提供参考与借鉴。

With the continuous progress of science and technology,more and more new technologies are widely used in engineering,and BIM Technology is one of them.Combined with the project of Fujian maternity hospital,this paper expounds the application of BIM Technology in the main structure construction,pipeline equipment installation construction,secondary decoration construction and excellence creation of housing construction projects,in order to provide reference and reference for similar projects.
