摘要 既有多层砌体结构教学楼整体性和抗震性能差,加上早期教学楼建造时采用的抗震设防标准相对较低,抗震构造措施不足,通常存在各种抗震性能缺陷,不能满足现行抗震设防的要求。因此,需对既有中小学教学楼进行抗震鉴定,对存在的抗震性能缺陷采取相应合理的加固措施,以保障广大师生的生命安全。结合工程实例,通过对其开展抗震性能鉴定,发现抗震性能缺陷,提出合理的加固设计方案。 The poor integrity and seismic performance of the existing multi-story masonry school buildings,coupled with the relatively low seismic standards used in the construction of early school buildings and insufficient seismic structural measures,usually have various seismic performance defects and do not meet the current seismic requirements.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out seismic appraisal of the existing primary and secondary school buildings and take corresponding reasonable reinforcement measures for the existing seismic performance defects in order to protect the lives of teachers and students.This paper combines engineering examples to identify seismic performance defects and propose reasonable reinforcement design solutions by carrying out seismic performance appraisal.
