工业固废制备建筑砂浆的基本力学性能研究

摘要 利用电厂燃煤后产生的煤渣、粉煤灰、脱硫石膏等工业废弃物,研制节能绿色的新型砂浆材料。本试验采用正交试验方法,保持水泥和煤渣掺量不变,考虑粉煤灰、脱硫石膏、石灰和硅粉4个因素,每个因素取3个水平,测试指标为抗压强度、抗折强度和软化系数。试验结果表明,新型建筑砂浆28 d抗压强度为21.03 MPa~44.69 MPa,抗折强度为3.10 MPa~4.29 MPa,抗压强度的软化系数变化范围为0.48~0.86,抗折强度的软化系数变化范围为0.41~0.99。因此,利用煤渣、粉煤灰和脱硫石膏等工业废弃物,可以制备新型建筑砂浆。 Use the cinders,fly ash,desulfurization gypsum produced after coal burning in the power plant to develop new mortar materials for energy saving and environmental protection.The quality score of cement and cinders in the fixed test mix ratio remained unchanged.Considering the four factors of fly ash,desulfurization gypsum,lime and silica powder,each factor took three levels to study and took the compressive strength,folding strength and softening coefficient as the main indicators.The test results show that the change range of compressive strength of the new construction mortar is 21.03 MPa~44.69 MPa,is 3.10 MPa~4.29 MPa,the change range of softening coefficient of compressive strength is 0.48~0.86,and the softening coefficient of bending strength is 0.41~0.99.The test results show that it is feasible to prepare the new building mortar with cinder,fly ash and desulfurization gypsum.
