摘要
利用纸上荧光法、红墨水法、溴麝香草酚蓝(BTB)法、氯化三苯基四氮唑(TTC)法四4种方法对窄叶蓝盆花种子生活力进行测定。结果表明:测定窄叶蓝盆花种子生活力最适方法为TTC法,在35℃下浸种90 min,用浓度为0.1%的TTC在35℃温箱中避光染色90 min,染色效果最佳。
Four methods(paper fluorescence method,red ink method,bromothymol blue(BTB)method,and triphenyltetrazolium chloride(TTC)method)were used to determine the seed viability of Scabiosa comosa.The results showed that the most suitable method to determine the seed viability of Scabiosa comosa was the TTC method.Soaking the seeds at 35℃for 90 minutes and dyeing with 0.1%TTC at 35℃thermostat in the dark for 90 minutes had the best dyeing effect.
