摘要
功能转型是当代融合教育背景下特殊教育学校面临的时代命题。从国际背景来看,特殊教育学校转型是世界范围内融合教育改革的必然趋势;从国家特殊教育发展战略来看,特殊教育学校转型是我国特殊教育改革的政策要求;从实践发展来看,特殊教育学校转型是当代特殊教育学校自身发展面临的现实选择。转型带来了特殊教育学校在功能定位与发展方式上的诸多变化,表现为在功能上由封闭走向开放,由单一走向多元,由直接的教育走向间接的支持与服务。
Functional transformation is an era proposition that special education schools face under the contemporary background of inclusive education.From the international background,the transformation of special education schools is the inevitable trend of inclusive education reform worldwide.From the perspective of national special education development strategy,the transformation of special education schools is the policy requirement of China’s special education reform.From the perspective of practical development,the transformation of special education schools is a realistic choice for the development of contemporary special education schools.The transformation has brought about many changes in the function orientation and development mode of special education schools.To be specific,the function is changed from closed to open,from single to multiple,and from direct education to indirect support and service.
