摘要
为探索残疾大学生职业生涯教育影响因素,以扎根理论为基础,采用质性研究方法,通过对42名高等学校残疾大学生的访谈,构建残疾大学生职业生涯教育影响因素的理论模型。据此,建议改革职业成长的发展动力,完善制度保障与观念重塑;夯实职业发展基础,注重岗位创新与需求设计;厘清教育的发展取向,加强潜能开发与社会适应;优化发展路径,推进个别教育与多元协同。
In order to explore the influencing factors of career education for disabled college students,based on grounded theory,adopting qualitative research methods,this paper constructs a theoretical model of the influencing factors of career education for disabled college students through interviews with 42 disabled college students in colleges and universities.Therefore,it is suggested to reform the development power of career growth,improve the system guarantee and reshape the concept;consolidate the foundation of career development and pay attention to post innovation and demand design;clarify the development orientation of education and strengthen potential development and social adaptation;optimize the development path and promote the coordination of individual education and pluralism.
