The Performance-Oriented Energy Efficient Intelligent Generative Design Method and Platform for Residential Buildings

摘要 在计算机新技术广泛应用的趋势下,构建一种以绿色建筑节能性能为导向的住宅智能生成设计方法,综合应用结合人工智能的生成式设计、参数化设计、性能模拟等技术,由数字算法完成住宅方案设计生成,并以节能性能为目标,通过能耗自动模拟、遗传算法优化、实时模拟反馈等路径,获取性能最优方案,以节能性能为目标建立技术平台,面向北方寒冷地区的城镇住宅节能设计和性能提升提供技术支持,并结合案例对设计方法流程及技术平台进行应用验证。 With the wide application of artificial intelligence technologies, this paper constructs an energy efficient generative design method of residential buildings,based on intelligent design, parametric design and building performance simulation. With this method,residential design schemes can be generated by digital algorithms, while the energy-saving-oriented schemes can be optimized through automatic energy simulation, GA optimization and automatic simulation feedback. On the basis of intelligent energy efficient design methods, a software platform can be established for residential design in North China as technical support. Finally, a case study is used to testify the technical platform and the process of intelligent generative design method.
